ESP strives to provide what we refer to as "genuine" customer service. It’s not our goal to be the biggest fish in the pond - the biggest water treatment site on the market. Our goal is to be the best at what we do – provide high quality products at a fair price and include kind treatment and competent technical support in the bargain. And yes, we’re available! We answer the phones, and we are happy to do so. We enjoy what we do and we’re good at it, as is evidenced by our customer's testimonials.

I had an item arrive damaged, through no fault of ESP, but their customer service quickly responded to my concerns and filed a claim with UPS and then notified me that they were sending a check to refund the shipping costs.  What great customer service. OUTSTANDING.
