Our Customer Service Department is available
to help you find the right replacement filters for your water filtration
or purification system. We can also help you determine which type of new filtration or purification
system would be right for your specific needs.
We are honored to provide expert support and advice to our Customers. We also frequently offer non-Customers support and advice related to parts and products we sell. However we are not always able to offer support and advice or to troubleshoot parts and products that we do not sell. This is because we are concerned that our lack of familiarity with some products might cause us to troubleshoot incorrectly and create additional problems with those products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• To order online with a credit card, begin by Clicking on

We add only the exact cost of shipping to your order based on the
weight of your package and the shipping method you choose. Your
shipping charges will be calculated during check out after entering
your shipping information and choosing a shipping method but prior

Several Shipping methods are available including: UPS ground,
UPS Second Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select, or US Postal Service Priority
and Parcel Post.

If you aren't completely satisfied with any of our products or have
simply ordered the wrong product please contact us by email or phone within 30 days of the date of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA). No credit can be given
for used filters or used filtration units. No returns will be accepted
or credit given without an RA number.
The manufacturers warrant that the products delivered will be free
from any defects in workmanship or materials. Further, the warranty
provided herein applies, only when used within the products specifications
and service life from the date of installation, beyond which time
or use, the manufacture is absolved of any and all liability for
any use of the product. In the event of defect or non-conformity,
buyer shall promptly notify manufacture in writing, supplying proof
of of purchase dates, installation dates and will protect and retain
the products for investigation, or manufacturer is absolved of any
and all liability for any use of the products.
ESP highly recommends strict adherence to manufactures recommendations regarding filter or cartridge replacement. Awareness of both performance standards and service life specifications is critical to ensure your systems operational integrity. Please note specifications when buying and check product labeling. In the absence of manufacturer specifications ESP recommends that no filter (except RO membranes) should be used more than 12 months.
Performance Standards: Filter replacement within the time-frame (or volume limitation) recommended by the manufacturer is critical. For example a filter label may contain the note: “1 yr/1500 gallons”. This note means “1 year or 1500 gallons – whichever comes first”. Filters are tested and designed to effectively remove stated contaminants either during the stated time period OR while processing the stated volume of water – whichever comes first. Operation beyond these limits is not recommended and the user runs the risk of consuming water not meeting expected standards. In the absence of manufacturer specifications ESP recommends that no filter should be used for more than 12 months.
Service Life Specifications: Filter replacement labels also apply to the mechanical function of a given device. The note: “1 yr/1500 gallons” means “1 year or 1500 gallons –whichever comes first”. Manufactures test filters to guarantee their mechanical stability (against leaking and breakdown) throughout the stated life of the filter or cartridge. Use of the filter beyond the manufacture’s recommended lifespan is not recommended and in doing so the user runs the risk of mechanical failure of the devise and consequential damages. In the absence of manufacturer specifications ESP recommends that no filter should be used for more than 12 months.

All personal information including your name, address and credit
card number will be processed using the most secure type of encryption
available, (128Bit Secure Socket Layer). You will see a lock or
lock and key displayed on your screen when you enter the customer
information page. This symbol lets you know that all information
is being encrypted and that your personal information can not be
compromised. In addition, we will only receive and store only the
last 5 digits of your credit card number from our credit card processor,
Card Services International.
Currently all major credit card issuers have no-risk policies when
using your credit card online. Should your credit card ever get
misused, you will not be liable for those fraudulent charges. In
addition, the Fair Credit Billing Act guarantees you cannot be held
liable for more than $50 of unauthorized charges on your credit
account.
Because we value your privacy, all information which you provide
to us will be considered confidential. We we will never sell or
share this information with any outside parties.
As a service to you, we will mail or Email you a reminder notice
when it is time to replace your filters. Many of our customers find
this reminder to be very helpful. If, however, you prefer that we
not contact you, please let us know.
