About Vertex Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Systems
Vertex PureWaterMachineTM Reverse Osmosis Water Filter
Systems are currently sold world-wide by Water Treatment Professionals.
The heart of the Vertex PureWaterMachineTM is the reverse osmosis membrane.
Reverse osmosis technology removes an average of 95% of the dissolved
solids in your water. Dissolved solids are not removed by municipal water
treatment. This is why the Vertex PureWaterMachineTM is an important safety
factor for the water you drink and use in your cooking.
The reverse osmosis membrane uses water pressure to force water molecules
through the membrane. As this happens the membrane captures the larger
contaminant molecules (solids) and the system flushes them down the drain.
The treated water then goes to a pressurized storage tank and is held
there, ready for use. An auto shut-off valve suspends system operation
when the tank is full. When the reverse osmosis faucet is opened, the
clean water flows from the storage tank through the activated carbon post
filter(s) and to the faucet.
