Packaging was good .It would be helpful to include replacement o rings in the kit for filter housings as that is part of neccessary maintenance when changing filters. The o rings are offered separately but it would be more convenient to have an option to buy a whole maintenance kit listed for your system with all filters, o rings, and sanitizer included. I am pleased with the product that I ordered though"
