"My old system was failing, but we weren't sure if it was salvageable or not. With good intentions, i was given advice to change membrane to smaller size ($60 replacement, didn’t work), then i was provided flow restrictors (didn’t work). Final conclusion was to change out / retrofit my system (did work). Troy was very helpful and got me fixed up with system and necessary connections). Looking back, i think we should have recognized it was an old system and jumped to the final conclusion earlier, but he really was trying to save me that cost. I give ESP a good rating and will certainly go straight back to them if i have future needs,"
