"I ordered my bulb in april, when i went to install it in may the bulb was broken in two pieces, they sent a new one, it burned out in 2-3 hours, the 3rd bulb arrived and worked but it had been so lond without a good luminor RL-850 UV bulb i had to disinfect the whole system. I asked them to expedite th ebulb and they said no. . ."
