"Tim in customer support was just outstanding! He walked me through reinstalling an RO I already had with new parts and filters. He saved me time and money! Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend the Team at ESP WATER PRODUCTS!!"
"After requesting a refund because there may have been other reason(s) for the tank not filling. I was told to install this part-refund denied! I installed it correctly, I believe and now it leaks where I installed it (my error obviously). It may be low pressure in the tank or another issue. So I possibly wasted $27. 00. I will fix the leak because the air may not allow the tank to fill, but I am ready to throw the RO out the window as I am getting tired of hauling water. I am very unhappy with this purchase! I use social media frequently and when I am unhappy with a product or customer service issue, it does NOT bode well for the company responsible."

"It would be nice to have known that replacing the usual filters and osmosis membrane...one should also replace the flow control because it becomes clogged over time. Thus, why it's not included in the "replacement kit" ESP water offers...??? That being said, this is a nice flow control that does what it's supposed to do for a fair price. Just make sure you install in the right flow direction. I will definitely be buying again. full disclosure: I got offered 5% off future purchase for posting a review."
"The perfect solution to a frustrating situation (constant dripping from RO filters into drain line). The customer service rep was helpful to point out that i should try this inline check. It worked to give my system the correct pressure balance to stop the drip. Thx"
"Put the new part on. Still water runs out into the sump pump. Was told I may need another part for $14 or so don’t know if that would fix it or I keep spending more money may get a new System"
