"I had a very positive experience ordering online from ESP Water, and I would not hesitate to order from them again. I ordered 2 replacement O-rings for my whole house water softener not realizing that the posted shipping was for 6 weeks. The company emailed me questioning whether I realized shipping would take 6 weeks and whether I still wanted to continue with my order. I so appreciated that they reached out to confirm. That’s excellent customer service, and not often found these days. I did continue with the order as I didn’t need the part immediately. True to their word, the order arrived within 6 weeks. ESP Water is very reliable and trustworthy."
