"Good day, in May we ordered 2x Viqua VT4 UV Inline Wasseraufbereitung + 3x Viqua S330RL Lamp (for VT4) + 1x Viqua S278RL (for S1Q-PA). Unfortunately we received the system with an American plug, despite the fact that we were on the webpage of the Swiss site and nowhere was the American site indicated. Unfortunately, the first time we used it, it burnt out. We therefore kindly ask if you can supply us with 2 DRIVERS (240V) for Europe. By the way, we also spent 217 CHF for express shipping (9-11 days) and the goods arrived after almost 3 weeks."
