"Our controller went out or at least we thought that might be the issue. We ordered a new one. It was to our house in about 3 days. Working perfectly now. We get our replacement bulbs from esp water and always have a great experience and customer service is extremely helpful."
"Tim, I received an email from Viqua on Friday that they had bench tested both controllers and they worked fine. They will be sending them both back so I guess that will be my answer. My question next is Can you and I test the bulb over the phone? I have asked Viqua if they can send instructions or a video to test it but they haven't responded so far. Anyway I hope you get this because I wrote it in a review request box. Have a good week sir Robert Ontko"
