Ce kit comprend l'ampoule UV Trojan UVMAX de remplacement et le manchon en quartz assorti pour les systèmes VIQUA D, D4, D4+, D4-V, C, C4, C4-V et IHS (D4). Il est extrêmement important de remplacer l'ampoule tous les 12 mois pour maintenir une efficacité optimale du système. Le manchon peut être remplacé tous les 24 mois ou selon les besoins afin d'empêcher l'accumulation de minéraux de nuire à l'efficacité de l'ampoule.

"Lamp & sleeve arrived well cushioned and packed. Well written instructions were followed. My existing quartz sleeve cleaned up nicely with C. L. R. , so I will be saving the new one for next year. Timer has been reset to 365 days and everything is performing as expected and I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of transaction!"

"I am so grateful to ESP Water for reminding me when I am due to replace my lamp and sleeve and getting the UV lamp to me so quickly. It does a great job!"
"I oredered a lamp and sleeve and installed it as I have done over the last 7 years. It has only lasted 2 weeks before the beeping started and I had to turn it off to potentially replace it again."
"I ordered a Viqua Lamp and Sleeve Kit for D4 but ESP shipped me the wrong items. OK, we all make mistakes but now I've got to call them, take pictures of the wrongly sent items, wait for a return label and then I have to go to the UPS store to return the items. They finally send me the correct items and they work great as always but then a couple weeks later I get the wrongly sent items delivered back to me?! Turns out they moved and didn't update their return shipping labels so now I have to go thru the whole return process again - all because they sent me the wrong items. In the end I spent three hours dealing with their MULTIPLE mistakes - three hours that I could have been working and making $. The way I see it as ESP owes me at least one FREE Lamp/Sleeve kit for my troubles."
"Seems like the shipping process is a little rough ....the bulb was not broken but the outer cover tube was smashed ....we had to reuse the old one which I hope it is not changing the water quality..... not sure if I can buy local or have the plumber supply...whole process is not great .... you never know what your drinking."
