"Great product. Super simple install, and is making a huge difference. We will buy again."
"I really like the auto-refill of my RO filters. Now, one less thing to put on my to-do list. Yippee!"
"But past service has been very good."
"Same original brand replacement filters, fast shipping and great service!"
"Filter is one of the easiest to change."
"Fast shipping and very well packaged."
"Pros for espwater: 1) Brittas and others don’t fit well in many refrigerators. And they must be refilled pretty often, according to use. But I can’t tell much difference in the taste. 2) Easy to change out filters. That is, if you can find the right ones on the first try. I had to go through all kinds of hoops to find the correct replacements and finally wound up with a local wholesaler ( they were great) in Dallas who would sell me the cartridges at retail price. And it was a long drive. Cons for espwater: 1) Expensive and takes up a pot load of space under the kitchen sink, with the huge holding tank , cartridges and manifold, and tubing and connections. Plus, the filtered water is tap temp, so you have to ice or chill overnight. 2) See #2 above. Very frustrating. One company sold out to another, then their labeling became ambiguous and finally it was next to impossible to find an exact match for your replacement cartridges anywhere. And so it goes. I was pleased just with pitchers of filtered water until I got into this house with a fridge that didn’t accommodate the pitchers, and I inherited someone else’s expensive RO machinery that I could have done well without. A wash, I guess."
"Last person I dealt with in the purchase of this filter was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and helpful, (i've forgotten his name.) Great asset to your company."
"This filter shipped fast and installed easily"
"Very happy with it. Fit perfectly."

Q:
How do I replace my Aqua Flo RO filters?
A:
Start by selecting your specific Aqua Flo RO filter system model. From there, you'll be taken to a page that provides manuals or instructions on how to change out the filters for your specific Aqua Flo model. You can also review our general filter replacement instructions.
Q:
How often should I replace filters in my Aqua Flo RO water filter system?
A:
Most Aqua Flo RO systems need pre-filters and post-filters replaced every 6–12 months, depending on water quality and household usage. Membranes generally last 2–3 years. You can review compatible filters for each model on the system’s collection page, such as the Aqua Flo Platinum QCRO System or the Aqua Flo E50TFC-3 Economy RO System.
Q:
Which Aqua Flo replacement filters are compatible with my system?
A:
Filter compatibility depends on your system model. Each Aqua Flo model page lists the correct sediment, carbon, and membrane replacements. To find the right kit, visit your specific system model page such as the Aqua Flo QCUF Ultra-Filtration System or Aqua Flo Platinum QCRO 4-Stage RO System.
Q:
What contaminants will Aqua Flo RO systems remove?
A:
Aqua Flo RO systems, filters and membrane can remove common pollutants from water including pesticides, sulfates, fluoride, nitrates, lead, pharmaceuticals, arsenic and more. The RO system's carbon filter will also remove chloramines and chlorine.
Learn more about what contaminants can be removed with reverse osmosis filtration.
Q:
Where Can I Find Aqua Flo RO Owner's Manuals and Installation instructions?
A:
We have a page for each Aqua Flo model on our site. On the page for your specific Aqua Flo RO system, click on the + next to "Manuals and Instructions" to pull up owner's manuals PDFs.
Q:
How do I know when it’s time to replace my Aqua Flo water filters?
A:
Reduced flow rate, changes in taste, slow water flowor decreased TDS performance often signal it's time for a water filter replacement. Follow manufacturer guidelines for each model, such as the Aqua Flo E75TFC-3 RO System or Platinum QCRO System. Regular replacement ensures optimal filtration and membrane longevity.
Q:
Are Aqua Flo filter replacement kits available for all models?
A:
Each Aqua Flo RO and UF system has compatible replacement kits, including sediment filters, carbon filters, and membranes. Browse all Aqua Flo systems at the main collection page: Aqua Flo RO Collection, or choose your specific model such as the Aqua Flo QCUF UF System
Q:
How difficult is it to install Aqua Flo replacement filters?
A:
Aqua Flo water filter systems are designed for quick, straightforward filter replacement—especially QC (quick change) models featuring simple twist-off cartridges. For guidance, refer to your system’s collection page, such as the Aqua Flo QCRO 4-Stage System or the Platinum 1240 RO System. Learn more about how to change your RO filters
Q:
What makes the Aqua Flo 475QC-3 3-Stage Quick Change Filter System different from a typical RO system?
A:
The Aqua Flo 475QC-3 Ultrafiltration System uses ultrafiltration (UF) rather than reverse osmosis, meaning it reduces chlorine, taste & odor, VOCs, sediment, and contaminants down to 0.2 microns while retaining beneficial minerals. It also doesn’t require a storage tank or drain line, making it easier to install and maintain compared to traditional RO systems.
Q:
What filters are included in the Aqua Flo Platinum QCRO RO Filter Replacement Kit with RO Membrane?
A:
The Aqua Flo Platinum QCRO Filter Replacement Kit includes the sediment prefilter, carbon block prefilter, carbon postfilter, and the compatible RO membrane—all designed specifically for the Aqua Flo Platinum QCRO drinking water system. This complete kit ensures optimal filtration performance, improved taste, and consistent purified water output.
