"Our RO was failing fast and we were delaying fixing it in order to get a quote for new softener and RO systems (way too pricey.) When we had green light to fix it, we ordered new tank, new RO membrane and locking clips. Still needed about 5 feet of tubing (ESP offered 500 feet) and a tee (ESP had different tees) to stop a leak but found the right specs at local hardware store. My order total was just under qualifying for free shipping, so I paid for standard shipping, expecting the order 2 days later. It came the next day! Even though they don't offer shorter or custom lengths of tubing, we were able to do enough research to know what we needed. Very helpful search tool and website. So glad for RO tank specs. That helped us choose the right tank to replace our rusted tank from the leak. Wish we had figured out how to stop the leak right away. DIY is worth it when your water specialist abandons you! ESP has what we need to maintain our 8 yr old Proline Plus RO."
