John Guest Reducing Connector with 3/8" -1/4" quick-connect fittings. No tools needed to connect tubing. Simply push tube fully into port. To release tube, press collet flush against plastic body and pull tube out. Please see the instructions on how to connect and disconnect John Guest fittings and connectors.

"My old system was failing, but we weren't sure if it was salvageable or not. With good intentions, i was given advice to change membrane to smaller size ($60 replacement, didn’t work), then i was provided flow restrictors (didn’t work). Final conclusion was to change out / retrofit my system (did work). Troy was very helpful and got me fixed up with system and necessary connections). Looking back, i think we should have recognized it was an old system and jumped to the final conclusion earlier, but he really was trying to save me that cost. I give ESP a good rating and will certainly go straight back to them if i have future needs,"
