Luminor 310120 Replacement UV Sensor O-Ring

The 310120 is a genuine Luminor replacement O-ring that seals the UV intensity sensor in its sensor port on the UV chamber. Luminor's 2025 parts catalog lists part 310120 as the O-ring for the UV sensor on all LUMINOR systems, and it is also the O-ring included in the 300016 sensor-port plug kit.

When to replace it

Luminor recommends cleaning the UV sensor every 6-12 months and replacing it every 5 years. Each time the sensor or sensor plug is removed, check this O-ring and replace it if it is flattened, cracked or the sensor port weeps water.

Where it is used

• UV sensor ports on BLACKCOMB 6.1 (LB6) and BLACKCOMB-HO 6.1 (LBH6) systems, which include a UV sensor
• BLACKCOMB 5.1 and BLACKCOMB-HO 5.1 systems upgraded with an optional UV sensor
• NSF Class A systems such as LBH6-251A and LBH6-401A
• The 300016 sensor-port plug kit (plug 310026, O-ring 310120, nut 390007)

Luminor's RAINIER manual lists a different sensor O-ring (part 310040) for RAINIER systems, so RAINIER owners should check the part number in their manual. Standard BLACKCOMB gland nuts use O-ring 300038 and NSF-validated systems use 300070.
