Luminor RCHO-4.12 Replacement UV Controller for Blackcomb-HO 4.1 Systems

The RCHO-4.12 is a genuine Luminor replacement controller (ballast) for LUMINOR BLACKCOMB-HO 4.1 high-output UV systems, LBH4-051 through LBH4-401. It powers the high-output UV lamp and monitors its status: a tri-colour LED shows system condition, and a 4-digit display shows remaining lamp life (press the button to see total running time). It accepts 90-265V, 50/60 Hz through an IEC power inlet; the power cord is sold separately.

How the lamp alerts work

The LED is green when the lamp is on and within its rated life. At 30 days remaining it turns yellow, and at 7 days it adds an audible chirp. When the lamp fails or expires the LED turns red and a buzzer sounds; the alarm can be deferred for 7 days, up to three times, by holding the button for 5 seconds. After installing a new lamp, reset the timer by holding the button for 10 seconds until the display shows rSt3, rSt2, rSt1 and beeps.

BLACKCOMB-HO 5.1 and 6.1 systems (LBH5 and LBH6) use the RCHO-56.12 controller instead. The 4.1 controller has no expansion port, so it does not support a UV sensor or add-on modules.
