Can I buy just the RQ-600 quartz sleeve without the lamp?

Not as a standalone item through ESP; the RQ-600 sleeve for the 25 GPM "-251" systems is currently only sold bundled with the lamp in the RLQ-600HO kit. If your sleeve is due for replacement but your lamp still has life left, the kit is still the way to get a genuine RQ-600.

Luminor's guidance is that water may not be adequately treated once a lamp has expired, so replace the lamp and reset the timer as soon as possible. Holding the controller button for 5 seconds defers the alarm for 7 days, up to three times, but this doesn't restore UV treatment in the meantime.

Will a non-Luminor replacement lamp work in my BLACKCOMB-HO system?

It may physically fit, but Luminor systems are NSF/ANSI 55 certified as a complete lamp-and-system unit. A non-Luminor lamp voids that certification and can affect your warranty if an issue comes up.
