Very good conversion fit and great filtration

"3 things that would have made it better for me: (1) my old Rainsoft system didn’t have the same color coding, so it was a bit difficult to figure where the tubes go, took me a while but was ultimately successful, (2) I don’t have a the hooks to hang it on, so they stand under the counter, but the membrane filter is slightly longer than the others, causing it to be unstable, better if all cartridges were the same length, (3) there is a tube at the bottom of the membrane, this will make switching out the cartridges more difficult, luckily only needs to be done every 3 years…. Thanks for a great product otherwise."

Successful conversion

"Our first contact was with Edward and he was helpful and knowledgeable and the order was placed. We received it and had second thoughts about our ability to install this but called customer service and Tim was able to walk us through it. The only hiccup came when my husband removed one of the plugs from the unit and the small gray O-ring came with it and because the system would not work we had to stop. Tim said because the part was broken we had to buy the replacement part. Because your company was out of the elbow fitting your company would have to send a different fitting. We did receive the fitting 5 days later and were able to finish the system but because the replacement fitting was not an elbow the top Purotwist cover does not fit. We are extremely happy with the system but not the fact we had to pay twelve dollars to replace the part that simply came out when he pulled out the plug and wait 5 days to receive it and the fact we will have to cut a piece out of the cover to make it fil properly. We are very happy with the fact we don’t have to buy over priced replacement cartridges. This is the second time I have completed this review as the first it would not submit back to you. I reached out to Tim to see is it was received and he said he didn’t know as he doesn’t see them. I asked if he could check and he said you probably got it. Easy conversion and great tasting water!

"This conversion was super easy. I used it to replace my Rainsoft manifold and filters. Everything was plug and play with the exception of the hanging screws for the manifold. My water tastes better than before, is it seems to flow faster, and I will be saving on filters for years to come. No brainer to switch to this system."
