"My ARROS 15 system is now one year old and required its first bulb/sleeve replacement. The process has been simplified so that the average homeowner can do it. Turn off the water, unscrew the old bulb set, screw in the replacement -- done! My system timer even reset itself for another year. The folks at ESP prevented me from ordering the wrong part by explaining where to look for the proper part number. This was a very good experience."
