Great product, think about the recommended bleach cleaning.
"The lamp, sleeve and filter kit I would recommend for a first time service. Since it is hard to clean these items when the water is turned off, replace them the first time (the quartz sleeve), clean it later and have it ready to go for the next light change. Also the recommended addition of bleach to the filter housing caused a persisting odor and taste of bleach for about a week even though I used only 1/2 cup of bleach . I think this is due to not being able to clean the filter housing because again, the water supply is off. Next year I plan on having water ready to clean the filter housing or maybe purchasing a new housing to have clean and ready. Otherwise my wife insists on skipping the bleach."

They called me the next day later said they did not have the kit but they would put a kit together by selling the UV light and the glass sleeve was sent out that day I received it within 3 days like I said your service team is great I would definitely buy from you again.
