"I haven't received the UV lamp although it was shipped on December 2. I've contacted your company and filed several tracking and lost mail inquiries. All I've been told is that the item is in transit and arriving late. I'm now past three weeks that the lamp was to be annually replaced. Meaning my UV system is no longer sterilizing my well water supply to the house."
"Oddly enough we bought this several months ago and today the water failed the drinking bacteria levels that the system and the lamp should have been removing ?"
"This bulb arrived in an opened box and I was concerned so I called ESP. Turns out they open the box from Viqua to add reinforcements for safe shipping. Installed the bulb and it lit no problem. Took it out and keeping for spare/next. I had purchased a bulb from the big online marketer that did not light and had to be returned, so will buy from ESP only in future. They deliver the real deal."
