This reliability and lead time should be considered a red flag to anyone considering the Pro-10 system. If the new controller I just installed fails, I will be moving to a different system. NOTE! This is a product issue, not a supplier issue. ESP Water Products is a great company to work with. They have always been very courteous and helpful. However, they are at the mercy of their suppliers."
