The RLQ-420 includes the replacement UV lamp bulb, accompanying quartz sleeve, and lamp key for the LUMINOR BLACKCOMB LB5-081, LB4-Z1, LB4-Z12, LB5-Z1, and LB5-Z12 Model UV water purification systems. It is extremely important to replace the bulb every 12 months to maintain proper system efficacy. The sleeve can be replaced every 24 months or as needed to keep mineral build-up from hindering the lamp's effectiveness.
