Shipping Policy
Orders received by 3:00 PM Central Time are typically processed on the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Customers will receive an email notification when their order is received and when it has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat rate shipping: We offer $7.95 flat rate economy shipping within the continental USA for all orders under $99, after discounts have been applied.
Free shipping: We offer free economy shipping within the continental USA for all orders over $99, after discounts have been applied. Taxes are excluded from the order total for purposes of calculating free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to palletized items including, but not limited to, commercial reverse osmosis systems, commercial ultraviolet systems, and storage tanks larger than 15 gallons that ship via LTL common carrier.
Expedited shipping: UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day expedited shipping options are available within the continental USA for most products during the checkout process. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time will ship on the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that UPS expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends or holidays. For example, an expedited order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
International Shipping: International is offered to a select number of countries via USPS and DHL. Available shipping options and pricing will be viewable at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) during either the checkout process or upon arrival in the destination country. All import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS, FedEx, and DHL are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please enter a physical delivery address whenever possible.
How to Check Order Status
Order status can be viewed online at espwater.com after logging into the customer’s account. Shipping notifications will be sent via email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to be viewable on the carrier's website.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus any outbound or return shipping costs.
If an order arrives damaged, customers should email support@espwater.com as soon as possible with their order number and a photo of the item's condition. Each case is handled individually, but we will make every effort to reach a satisfactory resolution. For more details, please refer to the full RETURN POLICY.
