"This part is not very user friendly. It could use updating to be thicker glass because presently the tube is easily breakable, even for an experienced installer. The customer service associates are fantastic to help out on the phone. I have spent over $800 on a system and still have not been able to use it."
"Worked perfect, exactly what I needed. Quick connect is smooth and secure."
"We have been struggling for 5 years with the parts, sleeves are very fragile they keep breaking when trying to install and the wrong washers come with it. Hopefully its finally resolved after calling Canature, we will see."
"Very difficult and poorly designed to replace quartz sleeve. There is no chamfer or lead in to allow you to engage the O-ring easily. Would never ever recommend or install this system again."
