Everything seems to have gone smoothly
"On my 2-year RO filter replacement cycle, this was the first year, when I only replace three filters. It's a simple job, really. The parts, I'm guessing, are completely standard. At the end everything fits and the system works. But when it's something you do only once a year, and there's a meaningful chance of screwing something up, it's a little stressful. Here's some suggestions that would help me. I now have the tool for loosening the housing, and some o-rings that I don't think I need because the old ones seem to be in good shape. What I am going to need in the future is more of the silicon. Maybe the little vials of silicon could be a separate item--or you could just throw one in. Also maybe just routinely offer to send a set of instructions, or provide with the invoice a link to an online video about what to do."
