Description
This kit includes the replacement UV lamp and accompanying quartz sleeve for the VIQUA J, J+, K, K+, PRO30, PRO50, S80, SM80 and SV50 Model systems. It is extremely important to replace the bulb every 24 months to maintain proper system efficacy. The included amalgam lamp that provides higher strength and up to 2 years of lamp life. The sleeve can be replaced every 24 months or as needed to keep mineral build-up from hindering the lamp's effectiveness.
Why using a genuine VIQUA lamp is important: VIQUA UV systems and lamps are tested and certified as a complete unit. Using an authentic VIQUA lamp ensures proper system performance and water treatment. This video explains the 5 risks of non-VIQUA aftermarket lamps and how to identify authentic VIQUA lamps.
NOTE: Using non-VIQUA lamps voids all UV system certifications and may compromise your warranty should an issue arise.

"The control box of this whole system has a tiny fuse holder in it. They way they suggeste to use a knife to "gently" pry it out. Good luck doing that with out breaking it. Then you can get a replacement because there is no part number, if you talk to them they say you have to talk to your supplier. Your supplier is not going to know what you are talking about. So you other option is to replace the control box which is half the cost of the whole system. Major design failure are infuriating to fix. Good luck campers."
