Aqua Flo 20010023 475QC-4 Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis System

The Aqua Flo 20010023 475QC-4 is a four-stage drinking water system with a nominal 75 GPD reverse osmosis membrane. It includes the RO unit, sediment and carbon filters, storage tank, designer chrome faucet and installation kit.

The sediment and carbon cartridges use quarter-turn quick-change connections. The separate RO membrane connects to the system with quick-connect tubing.

Filtration and replacement parts

• Stage 1: one 65010086 sediment pre-filter.
• Stage 2: one 65010088 carbon pre-filter for chlorine, taste and odor reduction.
• Stage 3: one 70010014 RO membrane for dissolved-solids reduction.
• Stage 4: one 65010088 carbon post-filter for final taste and odor polishing.

Maintenance

The manufacturer recommends replacing sediment and carbon filters every 12 months and the RO membrane every 24-36 months. Water conditions may require earlier replacement. Follow the installation and flushing instructions in the system manual.

Feed-water requirements

• Pressure: 40-100 PSI.
• Temperature: 40-100°F.
• Maximum TDS: 2,000 ppm.
• pH: 3-11.
• Maximum hardness: 7 grains per gallon.
• Maximum iron: 0.2 ppm; manganese: 0.05 ppm.
• Hydrogen sulfide: 0 ppm; maximum turbidity: 1.0 NTU.

Install on a potable cold-water supply near the dispensing faucet and a suitable drain. Actual membrane output varies with feed-water pressure, temperature and water quality. Do not use with microbiologically unsafe water or water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
