"The transformer was fine unfortunately we had to replace the whole system. We purchased the second RO system and replaced the first one. Unfortunately we are not happy with the second system. It continually hisses and no matter what we have tried it continues. It is so bad that I have plugged the tiny hole so we don’t hear the hissing. I am truly disappointed in this product"
