Why 100 PSI matters

Most 4040 elements need 150–225 PSI to hit their rated flow. The HF4 hits 2,500 GPD at 100 PSI, which means a smaller booster pump, less electricity per gallon produced, and less standing pressure on your fittings, housings, and tubing. If you're currently running an HF1-4040 (200379, 150 PSI) or HR3-4040 (200373, 225 PSI), the HF4 is the direct energy-savings upgrade at the same footprint.

What systems does the HF4-4040 fit?

The HF4-4040 is a standard 4" x 40" element with a 0.75" male product tube, so it fits any nominal 4.00" I.D. membrane housing — PVC, stainless, or FRP. If your system takes a 4040 membrane, this one fits.
