The MATRIKX Pb1 series filter employ new high performance catalytic carbon technology with addition of chloramine reduction, and are made form 100% coconut shell activated carbon, a renewable and eco-friendly material. This 0.5 micron carbon block filter also reduces sand, rust and sediment, chlorine/chloramine, lead, CYST and VOC while complying with several material safety standards. Use this filter in residential and commercial water purification systems, food service and as a post or pre-filter in RO systems.
