The RLQ-290 is a genuine Luminor UV lamp and sleeve kit for LUMINOR BLACKCOMB LB4-031, LB5-031, and LB6-031 UV water treatment systems, and their NSF Class A/B, LBV, and 12VDC variants below. The kit bundles the RL-290 UV lamp, RQ-290 quartz sleeve, and a lamp key together — both parts are authentic Luminor components, not aftermarket substitutes, so it drops in and treats water the way your system was originally tested and certified to perform.
The RL-290 lamp is rated for 9,000 hours of use, about 12 months of continuous operation, and Luminor recommends replacing it on that schedule to keep UV output where the system needs it.
