The Q-Series filter, manufactured by Omnipure, is an easy-to-install replacement cartridge that twists right into a permanent head. The Q5633 GAC filter uses granular activated carbon to reduce chlorine, taste and odor making it ideal for pre- or post RO filtration. The Q5633 filter is interchangeable with the following filters: Q5636, Q5628 and Q5640.

"The ESP team is awesome! My filter ended up leaking so I called support and spoke with John. He was super helpful and made a guess that the O-rings were old and needed replacement. He offered to put those in the mail for me for free. That’s a nice gesture. We then ended up talking about my water pressure and he determined my tank was old. We discussed how to replace this tank and how much it would cost. I ended up buying a new tank since my existing one was more than 5 years old. Thank you John!"
