Omnipure K2340 filters do the job!

"I've used the Omnipure K2340 filters for quite awile and they are the perfect size to fit my water distillation unit. The K2340 filters keeps my steam-distilled water tasting sweet, pure, and clean. I also am confident that the K2340 charcoal filters are giving me the best, cleanest, and purest steam-distilled water available. I've continued using the Omnipure K2340 filters over the years because they work and I like that! I'll not change at this point either."

My 1st choice!

"I always buy the Omnipure K2340 for my steam-distillation water distiller. It is a nice compact size and uses the 1/4" NPT screw-in connectors. Best water available. No tastes, just pure excellence! I personally use only these carbon filter GAC T40......check them out and you just might use them too! Very reasonably priced and ESP Water always ships them securely and promptly!"

Q&A

Q:

What does the Omnipure K2340 reduce?

A:

Its granular activated carbon media is intended to reduce chlorine taste and odor in compatible point-of-use and equipment-water applications.

Q:

Which systems use the Omnipure K2340?

A:

The catalog does not provide an approved model list for Omnipure K2340. Match the exact part number, dimensions, connection style, and equipment generation before ordering.

Q:

What fittings are available?

A:

K2340-BB, K2340-JJ, and K2340-KK use different connection options. Match the complete suffix and tubing size.

Q:

Does the filter have a required flow direction?

A:

Yes. Install it in the direction marked on the filter body so water passes through the media as designed.

Q:

How often should this 6-inch inline filter be replaced?

A:

Replace it every 6 to 12 months or according to the equipment schedule. Water use and source-water conditions can shorten service life.

Q:

What should I do after installation?

A:

Seat tubing or threaded fittings fully, restore water slowly, check both ends for leaks, and flush the new filter as directed.
