"This was my first time changing filters in my new house and it would have been really nice to have a “how to change filters” instruction sheet included. I am familiar with changing a similar distilled water system, but that system didn’t require a wrench. I ended up twisting canisters open, but took all my strength and I broke the hex nipples in the process. I haven’t been able to find these to purchase anywhere - even through your company - and am now having them shipped via Amazon from overseas, I think. They won’t arrive for a month, and I don’t even know if they will work. I may need a whole new system. For now, my water isn’t drinkable and will be at least a month that I have to buy jugs of water. I realize I could have googled how to change filters, so I am not without fault here either. The whole process has been very frustrating and could have been avoided with a 1-page how-to document. I have 3 filtration systems in my house and instructions are provided with other 2 systems when I purchase replacement filters."
