This lamp is the replacement lamp for obsolete VIQUA Sterilight S12Q, S12Q-PA, S12Q-Gold, SSM-39, S24Q, S24Q-Gold, S40Q and SUV 24P-100P Series UV systems. It is extremely important to replace this lamp every 12 months to maintain proper system efficacy.

"This lamp worked perfectly even with the original factory ballast. When the existing lamp stopped working I bought a knockoff lamp, which didn't work, the seller suggested that the ballast may be bad so I bought a new ballast ($180) and the lamp still wouldn't turn on. Finally, I bought the factory lamp, and it worked. The rest of the story is that my entire home plumbing was contaminated with coliform. Now I had to invest in bottled water and boiling water through the entire month of December. I'm going to take another sample lab tested to verify that my water is potable."
