Description

This kit includes the replacement UV Trojan UVMAX lamp bulb and accompanying quartz sleeve for the VIQUA D, D4, D4+, D4-V, C, C4, C4-V and IHS (D4) Model systems. It is extremely important to replace the bulb every 12 months to maintain proper system efficacy. The sleeve can be replaced every 24 months or as needed to keep mineral build-up from hindering the lamp's effectiveness.

"I very much appreciate ESP's reminders and speedy shipping. (My D4 unit - purchased locally - was installed about 12 years ago and functions well. However, after I installed the new lamp/sleeve a short while ago, I found the usual timer reset on the controller did not seem to be working: flashing red LED for unit, steady green LED for the controller. Yesterday, I tried the timer reset again - and it sucessfully reset to 365 days. Have other owners of a unit of this vintage reported problems with reset button??) Again, my compliments on your service."

"I oredered a lamp and sleeve and installed it as I have done over the last 7 years. It has only lasted 2 weeks before the beeping started and I had to turn it off to potentially replace it again."

Poor service cost me three hours!

"I ordered a Viqua Lamp and Sleeve Kit for D4 but ESP shipped me the wrong items. OK, we all make mistakes but now I've got to call them, take pictures of the wrongly sent items, wait for a return label and then I have to go to the UPS store to return the items. They finally send me the correct items and they work great as always but then a couple weeks later I get the wrongly sent items delivered back to me?! Turns out they moved and didn't update their return shipping labels so now I have to go thru the whole return process again - all because they sent me the wrong items. In the end I spent three hours dealing with their MULTIPLE mistakes - three hours that I could have been working and making $. The way I see it as ESP owes me at least one FREE Lamp/Sleeve kit for my troubles."
