This is a genuine Luminor RL-500A replacement lamp and key for the Luminor LR5-355, LR6-355 ultraviolet water purification systems.
The RL-500A is an authentic 15-Watts LUMINOR lamp and has a 9000-hour lamp life. The UV-C light being emitted will weaken with time, so once a lamp reaches 9000 hours (or every 12 months), it is important to replace the bulb promptly.
